Email settings for Outlook and other email clients
To setup your Email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird and so on you will need the mail settings as below:
For IMAP
Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: mail.domain.com (using your actual domain name)
Port 143
Username: Full email address
Password: mail account password
For SSL on cPanel use –
Incoming mail server – mail.domain.com (using your actual domain name)
Port :993
For SSL on Plesk use –
Incoming mail server – cloud[YOURSERVERNUMBER].unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk or cloud[YOURSERVERNUMBER]thundercloud.uk (if you are unsure of your cloud number then please get in touch with us)
Port :993
For POP3
Incoming mail server: mail.domain.com (using your actual domain name)
Port 110
Username: Full email address
Password: mail account password
For SSL on cPanel use –
Incoming mail server – mail.domain.com (using your actual domain name)
Port :995
For SSL on Plesk use –
Incoming mail server – cloud[YOURSERVERNUMBER].unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk or cloud[YOURSERVERNUMBER]thundercloud.uk (if you are unsure of your cloud number then please get in touch with us)
Port :995
Outgoing Settings
Outgoing mail server: mail.domain.com (using your actual domain name)
Port 25 (you can try port 25025 if you have issues sending)
User/pass: as above
For SSL on cPanel use –
Outgoing mail server – mail.domain.com (using your actual domain name)
Port :465
For SSL on Plesk use –
Outgoing mail server – cloud[YOURSERVERNUMBER].unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk or cloud[YOURSERVERNUMBER]thundercloud.uk (if you are unsure of your cloud number then please get in touch with us)
Port :465
Please make sure you enable outbound authentication if using Outlook. This will use the same credentials as your incoming server.
